Yours Truly was founded and incorporated in November 2003 by four business partners looking to improve the quality of gift-giving between individuals, business associates, and companies. Our goal is to create a unique online destination providing creative and unique gifts to suit every occasion. We, like many of you, have continually tried to search for the perfect items to gift our family, friends and business associates, but most of the time, we end up going to the same chain or warehouse stores at local malls to make those purchases. With that in mind, we are dedicated to providing unique, quality and creative items at competitive prices to enhance your online shopping experience.
We offer a growing selection of home décor, art, beauty items, toys and games, as well as personal accessories from all over the world and work directly with manufacturers to provide you with the most creative merchandise. Navigating our store
Finding Items
Our store is organized into categories for your shopping ease; by category, recipient, price, or occasion, all for your convenience. You can also search for specific products by product name or keywords by typing them into the search box on the upper right hand corner of any page.
Registering
By registering with us as a member, you will save time and have a more convenient experience. Some of your billing information such as your address are saved so that you won't have to enter them again. You can also track your order status or modify your customer information at any time by logging into your account. You will receive your own member's login page that keeps track of all of your important dates, recipients (and their information) to help us help you remember and decide on what gifts to buy for what occasion. You can also review your personalized calendar, keep track of purchases, and request catalogue information. We have designed it this way for you to save you time and money.
Purchasing
After selecting your items, you will be automatically guided through our checkout process. You can at any time click on "View Cart" on the top of any page to view the products which you have selected for purchase. Should you need to increase the quantity of an item, you may enter the new quantity inside the appropriate box for the item, and click "recalculate", and you will see the new quantity and the updated balance of your order. Conversely, you may also remove an item by clicking the checkbox next to the word "remove" and click "recalculate", and you will see that the item removed from your shopping cart.
Should you wish to continue shopping, just click "continue shopping" and you will be directed to the home page. Otherwise, click on the red "check out" button and you will be guided through the easy checkout process. Enter your user name and password to begin the checkout process if you have not already logged in. If you are a new customer, click on "my account" and you will be guided to create a new account with us.
Once you input your billing and shipping information, click on "continue" at the bottom of the page and you will be brought to the purchase page. On this page, you will do the following:
- Choose one method of delivery;
- Enter any gift certificates that you may have, or click on any of the promos that may be available for your purchase; and
- Choose one payment method.
Click on "continue" and you will then be brought to the next page where you will enter your payment information. Once you are done, click on the red "submit order" button at the bottom of the page and your order is received! You will receive an email confirmation within an hour to verify your order.
